I changed my review because the problem was fixednnThey can’t get my automatic payment right so I’m stuck going in there every 2 weeks to pay my auto payment for the next 6 years. Please learn how to do your job!

Well I drove across town because it says this branch is open on Sundays... well it is not. Super frustrating that google says it is and reading some reviews before I posted mine and they have had this problem for a year now and no one has fixed it. Good job bellco, glad my time is fun to waste.

This place is very sketchy & unprofessional. We were told we have to deposit our cash into their ATM. We proceeded to do this & the ATM ate our $200.00, started consistently beeping & had a red light. It never completed the deposit. I went in to let them know about our issue, the very unhelpful teller told us to dispute this with our bank. This makes absolutely no sense due to the fact that it is Bellco's ATM & our bank would have no way for verifying anything. Please keep in mind this is cash so there is no way to provide proof of this deposit. We call our bank anyways & they tell us exactly what I just explained above. Thankfully our bank is professional & helpful & offered to contact Bellco on our behalf. Essentially this bank steals your money & then tells you it's not their problem. Now, from my experience most successful businesses provide solutions to problems they have created or faced, this bank clearly didn't get that memo. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY INTO THEIR ATM, THEY WILL STEAL IT & TELL YOU IT'S YOUR PROBLEM.
