The customer service was amazing! Everyone that I communicated with were wonderful including Rachelle, Tanya and Shanice. I also chose the unit for the great price, secure facility and a number of other reasons.

This was an amazing experience! Doug was super helpful and so funny! This is our second time renting from here and if we need anything this is the place we rent from. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Seemed like a nice manager and employees (to bad they don't know how to process paperwork.) I had a problem with their call center misinforming me and they took care (I thought) of the issue quickly (only to find out 2 days later they never issued the refund they said they did!). They were VERY friendly and helpful (and lied to me repeatedly). MAKE SURE TO BUY A TUMBLER LOCK BEFORE COMING TO RENT (dont worry they will still charge you for one regardless.) This facility only uses tumbler locks (which are safer.). Sometimes called a drawer and cabinet lock. Thanks and will DEFINATLY be removing my stuff as quick as possible and NEVER RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE again. This review was edited when I found out they charged me wrong, lied to me and didn't issue my refund! Screw this place!nDay 3 still no refund! Despite being processed at the same time as the deposit I still don't have it.n2 weeks later and STILL no refund! I have contacted a lawyer.

We've had the most incredible experience here. From the minute we walked in to rent our rental to the day we moved our stuff out the staff has been amazing!
