I hit two deer that nearly totaled my 2013 Lincoln Navigator. It was our pampered and loved SUV so it needed to be perfect. To make it worse, it is pearl white. The staff listened and performed flawlessly. I could not be happier and would highly recommend them. My grandson ran his bike into my daily driver, a 2008 Explorer in blue metallic, deeply scraping the side. I also had Premier repair it, same flawless repair.

Asked for a quote took them 3 days to give us a quote, was way overpriced for what we were looking to get done on our vehicle, and wasted our time. They did not communicate well and we will not be going back.

Great work! Great customer service, which always makes a huge impressions on me. If someone does great work but they don’t go the extra mile to treat people well, then I wouldn’t go back. Matt and Kelly were wonderful!
