These guys are amazing! They really know their stuff - and it’s from experience, not a script. You can tell how much enthusiasm they have for this industry and it makes me return time and time again. They are always happy to answer questions and are extremely informative.

I’d been excited to go to power driven to get my trans rebuilt after blowing my stock trans up. I follow them on social media and I’ve always wanted to meet them. They absolutely did not disappoint! Everyone I met seemed genuinely happy even though it was early on a Monday morning and the service was flawless. Incredibly nice and inviting shop. Getting to meet Josh after watching his progression towards 2000HP and getting to see that truck was quite an experience! It was icing on the cake when I found out we had deployed together while in the Marine Corps! I can’t wait to drive back up in a few weeks to pick up my new trans. I felt like a 5yr old going to Disneyland for the very first time! You guys are the best! Keep it up!

So far my customer experience has been great. I called them several times to ask questions and they listened and responded. They also confirmed my order and inquired about the contents of my order for re-assurance. I really like the online videos.

I made my first purchase from your company two weeks ago, Monday. Received an order number, but never any tracking number. Sent 3 emails this week requesting my tracking number, and never received a response. I called just a short time ago, and was finally able to get an arrival date, which would be this upcoming Tuesday, 2 weeks and a day after my order. I also got my tracking number, and lo and behold, my order still hasn't left the warehouse. I will be making sure that everyone I know not to order from your company ever, and I will not order from you again. A $200 part, and two weeks without leaving your warehouse is unacceptable

Great staff, very helpful in getting product and questions answered. Follow them on Facebook, they do give aways all the time. How about a free truck with 600 horse power! Yes please!
