Oh my goodness try this! Best barre studio in Denver hands down. Amazing, competent instructors. They also offer rebound trampoline classes for cardio. Nadia is so sweet and welcoming. So glad I switched to this studio as I was with a different “big name” barre studio before. This studio makes you feel like family and is more bang for your buck!

Love this Barre studio!!! The instructors really know how to bring out your inner sass! Also, the format is tried and true!!!!! Best music for workouts!!! The staff has worked there butt off for the client’s safety during this crazy time and I feel 100% comfortable attending in studio classes. If you still need to stay home, you can still benefit from their amazing workouts from home by their livestream and their Fit Forte website. I love this group of women and I love being a part of the community ❤ufe0f

One of the best fitness classes I have ever gone to. My first time doing Barre or rebound, but was not too hard or intimidating at all. ALL of the fitness instructors are wonderful and amazing at working with all levels/modifications. I can't say enough about this gem in Denver!!! BTW classes are small and not at all like big box chain fitness gym classes.

Had my first class today. The instructor was very energetic and took time to make sure everyone was doing okay. This was definitely out of my comfort zone as I’m not big into working out. I didn’t feel judged or out of place. Enjoyed it so much that I already registered for a class tomorrow

I recently moved to Denver and was concerned about finding a fitness community that was similar to what I left. I’m so glad I found Barre Forte! Everyone was so nice- they even set up my place for me. The ladies in the class and instructor were super encouraging as well. I instantly felt comfortable. I can’t wait for my next class!
