I was really impressed! The receptionist Kimberly was awesome and showed us around and answered all of our questions! McKenna who was our instructor was amazing- explained everything clearly and kept us uplifted during the workout.! Enjoyed the different circuits and the music. Everyone was incredibly kind, motivational, and fun! I enjoyed the intensity that is brought to the group while still being able to work at your own pace! The culture was great that not only the trainers brought but that the members had as well! It definitely pushed me to a level that I didn’t know I could achieve and left me feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time!
So fun and a great workout! The staff is super friendly. Very good at enforcing policies to protect people from COVID.
1st class (female instructor) mask enforced but sanitary towels dried out and virtually empty hand sanitizer bottle in workout area. 2nd class (male instructor), lack of mask enforcement and instructor not wearing mask for extended periods. Would’ve been a great experience, otherwise.
So much fun and sweat!! Going to be sore tomorrow!
