I saw an ad about StretchLab online and didn’t really know what it was about. I was interested in learning more.nnThe first time I walked into StretchLab, everyone was so welcoming, smells amazing and was relaxing. I had an amazing experience and am definitely coming back.
I went in with both my parents today and we all loved it. Each person we were paired with was very knowledgeable and helped us with our different type of soreness. Knee and leg issues, sciatica tightness, neck and shoulder pain and much more. I highly recommend.
StretchLab Cherry Hills is an amazing PNF Stretching facility. All of the Flexologists come from different backgrounds so there is a huge variety and amount of knowledge and skill in the studio.nnAs a yoga teacher I thought my flexibility surpassed most, but once I was stretched out I realized there are so many little muscles and areas that can really only be relieved by recovering this kind of stretching (and they have amazing massage guns called hypervolts that make the experience even better)
