I love the top notch facilities, knowledgeable instructors and quality of the clothing boutique. Although there's only a handful of class types, each instructor has their own background and expertise to share. I feel like I'm getting a different class even in the hot yoga series because each instructor is able to put their own spin on the class.

Yoga sculpt was 104 degrees today with Ellie (should be 85-95) and I spent most of the class trying to stay hydrated and toweling off rather than getting a workout. I found this frustrating and wish some effort was made to cool things down. I’ve been to sculpt many times and never had it get this hot!!

I can’t stress enough what a great place CP Cherry Hills is. If you think it’s just for fitness, you’d be be missing the point. It’s community and connection driven too. The teachers are just amazing. As you would expect, but go beyond that of just an instructor. They practice there too and believe in what they are doing. I never get the sense that it’s just their job, and for many it isn’t their only employment. A big thank you to them for sharing their joy. It’s changed my life.

My husband and I attended a Hot Power Fusion Friday morning because Patricia was teaching the class. Cherry Hills is a great venue plus Patricia is such a warm, effective guide. I hope she teaches more classes that we can attend.

Although this facility is a bit dingy and not well laid out/mindlessly designed; ie the soap pump in the shower is placed perfectly so where the water immediately washes out of your hand. Haha however this location does have 3 studios allowing for much more flexibility in scheduling and class selection. I’ve been happy over all every time I have visited.
