Staff is friendly and helpful and the parking lot is huge. It is a terrific location with good Phillips 66 gas

While everyone has bad experiences (it's part of life), I have only good stuff to say about this outpost of the mega-chainL the team that works there is almost entirely African immigrants, and they're extremely nice folks, we may not know each other by name, but by face, and they are really great workers. Just look at the joint: it's spotless. There's a river of people through there every five minutes, most people not that pleasant, but they're holding down the fort, keeping it clean ... and maybe what you don't know is there are HUGE deliveries every night, to the point you can barely walk in the aisles. But they get it ALL put away and keep the place shiny, do it with customers coming in and still stay pleasant. Seeing them work day in, day out, I think it'd be hard to be as upbeat as they are. So I wanted to take a few minutes and just post about the good stuff at that location. I've been there every other day or so for the last 3 years, and can say I visit enough to have seen it all there, at all times of the day and night. Also, it's very safe even late at night: no weird creepers lurking and frequently cops are there (not responding to a call !) so I have zero reservations about popping in there, unlike many other locations.

This is the WORST, most INCONVENIENT gas station and “convenience” store ever. I have been on crutches for several years and when I buy a car wash at the gas pump, the receipt NEVER, EVER, EVER prints out. So I have to hobble into the store to ask for it. When I ask WHY the receipt did not print, I always get a lame excuse....the paper is out in that machine, that machine is broken, some unintelligible response, no response at all. Tonight, I had to go in for the car wash code (OF COURSE), got some unintelligible response and they handed me a receipt. Dumb me - I didn’t look at it closely enough until I’d hobbled back out to my car. It was a receipt that said I’d bought $10 worth of gas. WHAT?? No - I SAID I HAD BOUGHT A $10 CAR WASH AND THE RECEIPT DIDN’T PRINT WITH THE CODE ON IT!!! So you guessed it - I had to go BACK IN there to explain to these idiots (AGAIN) what I needed. I will NEVER be going back to this place again - I don’t care how close it is to my house!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!
