This is my go-to gas station, I don’t buy gas anywhere else. That’s mostly because the employees here are great and so friendly! I always receive the best service and grade A gasoline here!

I forgot to use my car wash within the 30 days and paid $9. I went in and asked for a new code and the cashier with the slicked back brown hair wouldn't let me get a new code. I go into this loaf & jug at least 3 times a week. Said he would do it if I was a day out from the expiration date. All the other gas stations would let me. I'm calling customer service. Screw this place. They just made $9 for free.

I have been a long time customer here. I have been wanting to speak to someone about the exceptional customer service that one of your employees has. She seems to always be going above and beyond herself to take care of the customers. I have seen her help elderly pump their gas and I have seen her help parents that are struggling to get their kids to mind by telling them that her scanner is broken so she can only sell what the parents getting. She has just brightened me day so many times. I know that when I come into the store and she is working that I can leave smiling. It's so contagious and it's nice to be able to count on her smile. Whoever the store manager is, you need to to that she is doing a wonderful job making sure the customer feels welcome. 'Coraleen' you are a wonderful person so keep up the great work. I would love to have you come and work for my place of business. Loaf n Jug you have a gem working for you and an amazing asset. Don't lose her! I put gas here the day before yesterday. Checked my account later that day cause my card wasn't working when I went to go buy food. Come to find out my card information was stolen. I called the gas station to just give them a heads up that this happened. Sally said they check the the pumps daily! Ok, if they were checked daily this wouldn't have happened. Beware!

What a joke, had my wallet lost/stolen from the pump. Employee said the manager who had just left would help with surveillance video. So I'm like, Hey I might find it. Then she calls him and I have to make a police report went to the police station which is less than a block away and they said there's pretty much nothing they can do so there's video footage but yet I can't get anybody to help me.
