I visited this location the morning of 12/11/18 and had to prepay inside. After paying to fill my tank I began to pump my gas only to realize the pump wasn't working. I was unable to determine how much gas I had pumped and so I figured if would stop once I reached my $35 that I paid. The pump stopped after 6 minutes of me standing there. I went back inside to let Katie know that he pump was broken and she advised me that she will let the tech know. I asked her how much gas I pumped just to be safe and she advised me only $8 was pumped and then told me that the pump was broken and that all customers should know that because the pumps are old. After asking for a refund for the remaining $27 she started giving me an attitude stating there is nothing she can do about it and I would have to wait up to 2 weeks for my refund. Needless to say there was no empathy for my wasted time, inoperable pumps, or no refund option, only excuses. Katies STINKY attitude was horrible and I will NEVER EVER give this location or any other STINKER gas station my business. Katie you really must work on your customer service dear you'll never get mo where with your attitude.
