The young man with the long hair that sings to customers and tell us jokes, is the absolute gem of this Starbucks. He had turned my bad week into a good one at least 3 times now, purely because of his incredible attitude and customer service.
The gentleman was very helpful!! My drink was exactly what I wanted with the heat! it’s my new favorite! Thank you!!
I don't go to Starbucks often but when I do I'm always treated to good customer service. It's very good that it is inside of Target as it's very easy to get your order and then walk around. The food and drinks are pretty good but not the best I would say this is a good place to go.
I went here for work....I dont speak or know coffee, but the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They always wore a smule
The problem with Starbucks now is employees feel that talking about their drama to each other is more important than helping customers. Get my black coffee and don't ask me if I need room for cream. I just ordered black coffee!
