Disappointed in the customer service this morning. Huge lack of friendliness. Wasn't happy with my drink and wanted it remade how I ordered it but they were trying to give me reasons why they were right and I was wrong. Is it so difficult to hire friendly and kind people these days? A simple smile goes a long way. If I hired people at my business who acted like this I'd have no clients. Not how I needed to start my Monday morning.
OMG!!! Tried a new drink and they nailed it! So delicious and the team was so pleasant! I'll be back!
My orders are really consistent and taste good. I had an issue the other day and the manager fixed it right away.
Because of this pandemic we are in the drive thru is only open. I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up it took about 5-01 minutes to get to the window. And when I got to the window hr just said mobile order? Then handed me a bag. Mind you I only ordered a drink!! I told them and they corrected it. I give this Starbucks a 8/10. They could have been a little quicker, and they should make sure the mobile order is correct before handing the bag out.
This location has it together. The staff is kind, the manager is generally visible in the mornings and most importantly, they are consistent. The coffee is what I expect, delicious, quick and always made as it is supposed to be. The coffee never tastes burnt or old. A
