There was 5 or 6 people working behind the counter and it took forever to get a coffee because they were all chatting and having fun and not working, they were confusing mobile orders with regular orders. Just chaos.
Second time coming here Theresa the manager saved the day and went above and beyond by remaking my drinks... she makes a mean frappuccino.. which is good because the last one I got wasn't up to par... I gave it a 3 because Theresa was the only one among the other workers smiling and not faking it through gritted teeth as if they were having a nicotine fit...well maybe they all weren't but who can pay attention to anything else with that much tension and hyper vigilance on such a small area
No public restrooms during Covid? You serve drinks here. If you’re going to be open, do it safely and clean your restrooms appropriately so your customers who consume your products and use the restroom. I shouldn’t have to drive to a gas station to use a bathroom after going to a Starbucks.
