Great customer service and such a wonderful staff! Love how they decorated the cafe for fall and it’s also both really clean and sanitary! I’ll definitely come to this cafe the next time I’m in the area, keep it up guys!

Thank you for the best white chocolate peppermint mocha with half the syrup :) It’s always busy here, but the employees are cheerful and great about helping, and they reliably make good coffee!

I'm having a pretty rough week so I decided to go get a treat before work today. The guys at the window asked me how my day was and of course they said great even though it isn't. I am not sure who those two guys were but in my 30 second interaction with them they were totally able brighten my day. Everyone is so nice every single time I come to this location. Thank you!

Used the drive-thru and the staff there were literally having a great time taking care of each customer. They seem to be movie buffs and I'll leave it at that. The interaction with them literally made my morning and set a positive tone for the rest of my day. Oh by the way, my order was made to perfection, so that always helps.

This Starbucks is in a terrible location and I would highly advise against visiting here, especially in the morning. The Starbucks itself is totally fine, but the parking lot is so tiny that the drive-through traffic actually stop traffic on Hampden waiting to get inside.
