Vectra is a HORRIBLE bank to deal with. You are nothing but a number, long wait times, charges popping up out of the wood work with poor communication. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a different bank.
My grandfather started this bank as International back in the 70's. It was a good bank until it changed to Vectra after the death of my grandfather. Those he put in charge, took advantage of him and never paid the favors forward, therefor killing the true spirit of what it was supposed to be.
