Had to get a quick notary signature. Justin Nagai was the nicest person I think I've ever met at a bank. Not to mention, he went above and beyond and provided me the FedEx supplies I needed and helped me get it shipped out.nThank you, Justin!
Sometimes very crowded but good customer service.
As a whole, Chase customer service is horrible, unsympathetic to any situation, not local, everything is sent overseas. Chase lost a deposit that a teller watched me make. They would do nothing to expedite or aid in its verification or recovery. They told me it would take 10 business days to verify and credit my account. Not many people can go that long without access to their money. I had to go to the branch manager who was awesome and did help. Everyone else was worthless and acted as if I was a bother to them. Not happy with Chase at all, will be changing banks.
Decent place. Long wait sometimes, but knowledgable and friendly people. Limited fees and good hours.
Never had an issue, banked here for years. Just got off the phone with a difficult to understand and rude customer service representative- not at this location, not in the U.S. I'm guessing. The woman at the branch location was friendly and polite but unable to help me; transferred me to this rude customer service representative.
