Ice cream packets are always open I couldn't get a refund waste of money

I wish that I didn't have to give them any stars. This store is horrible and doesn't deserve to be open anymore. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and Everytime I go into there I leave angry/ irritated because of the disrespectful employees that have worked there. That stores product is either defective or never in stock. The managers are obviously teaching or not correcting the rudeness to customers because they are doing the same. I am see to work at a family Dollar and dollar tree and the atmosphere was totally different and they treated each of their customers with the respect. What have customer service come to
I’m a uber driver and I drop off two customers here at 9:49pm they only.needed one item from the store and the store cashier locks the door 10 mins til close with customers still in the store and says to them were closed they uber back home and I told them my experience with this store has not been ok they really need customer service training and get off your phones while working
