Mona Trujillo was an awesome sales rep along with getting me a unit for a great price, also very organized with filling out paperwork within minutes!!! not only did she help me with keeping my grandmother occupied in the back area while I did the work of putting my items into my storage.. she was helpful in every which way possible!! Thank you so much for having an employee like Mona!! The hospitality at public storage on 400 West center avenue was very clean easily accessible and is a helpful facility!! I would recommend sending everyone to Mona at the public storage she's at!!
Great experience here, Mona was so so friendly and helpful. Made it very quick and easy to get my storage unit and at the best price. Mona was very thoughtful and honestly made my day!
Mona is the Queen and always takes good care of us. She is the star of this facility and makes sure it’s run clean, smoothly, and with great customer service. Every time we have *ever* needed help, by phone or in person, she has always been there for us without hesitation.nnThe facility is well controlled in terms of air quality and pest control, and is always fairly clean and maintained.nHighly recommend this location and it’s very conveniently located to most places near downtown or west of Denver.
Mona and Elaine ABSOLUTELY ROCK! These ladies are super friendly. I didn't think my experience was going to be like this, but the customer service I received was above the top! Rock on ladies!!!!
Went into Public Storage off of Santa Fe to price some of their units and packing materials. The manager Mona was very sweet and greeted us right when we walked into her nice and clean office! Mona was very helpful and this Public Storage looks like this will be my place to store!!
