I feel horrible, i forgot the managers name, but he mentioned he was close to retirement. The manager was great! Took care of me fast and made the process simple and easy. His customer service skills were great and i appreciate that. Im in customer service as well and I know how tiring it can be. He was upbeat and very nice. Thank you very much!

Ron was great to work with, and very accommodating regarding a few of my shortcomings on lease signing day (misplaced driver's license, had to set up auto billing remotely after changing my address w/ my bank first, etc.). Love that it's off the road, less likely to be broken in to. Highly recommend this location! Superb pricing too.

I originally sent with this company and location because if the ad stating free use if their truck. I thought great Melody and I were moving from one storage unit of hers and one storage unit of mine to this one single location a truck would be amazing and knock it out in a day. Well once I got the unit later on I was told no truck I even registered no plates. This went on different part because it was a temporary manager the first week. The current manager Ron then takes over but his hands are tied and I understand, but still I needed the use of a truck and I never got it. To top it all off I had to remove the last few things from the previous occupant and clean the unit myself. Im not a person that expects above and beyond, or super stellar service but in this case I feel a bit shortchanged.

Ron is awesome! Really nice guy, who has helped both me with my unit as well as my girlfriend with hers. I'd highly recommend this storage space as well as Ron's expertise to anyone looking to store their stuff.
