Shelia is just a one of a kind type of person!!! From the start of planning our one-way, cross country trip to move to NC, she provided the utmost expertise, packing & product recommendations, and smiles and laughs. Despite being the only employee on-site each of the three times I visited her shop, she balanced customers, phone calls, location tours, all while maintaining the most positive attitude I have ever seen and experienced in her industry. She has a heart of gold & goes way above and beyond for her clients. Thank you for making our experience renting from you the most relaxing, fun & easiest part of our move!!!!
Let's begin with the staff first and foremost. The customer experience was amazing thanks to Sheila and Ron. There was a mix-up with truck reservation at first but they were able to fix it immediately and were so helpful with everything. I could not be more grateful for them helping me through my crazy moving experience. I don't have a lot of faith in humanity at this point in my dat and they restored a little bit for me. Also, my unit is clean and conveniently located. The free shelves and free truck were great perks also.
Great place! We moved crossed country an rented a truck through them, truck was in great condition. Sheela the lady at the counter was superb an answered all our questions, would recommend highly these people are great!
Solid customer service and a nice facility. Sheila was incredibly helpful and made renting a truck and unit very easy for me. After a stressful move, it was wonderful to feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. I’m very happy renting from these folks :)
Couldn't help myself, but to rave about this storage facility again. Our family has been utilizing these units for the past 4 years and they have done everything to assist us and make sure we have felt valued as customers and helped us anytime we have had any questions.
