I absolutely love this storage facility! I no longer live down the street from it but when I was in need of another unit it never even crossed my mind to find one close to where I am now. I’m all for independent businesses that are not part of a big chain. Not once have I gotten any attitude from the management but rather he is actually quite personable and asks about how things are going. (Maybe it’s because I use common courtesy and knock before I enter into a place that looks like it could also be a home). This place is for people who want a stable unit long time not just a temporary thing. One time I didn’t have the funds to pay for a couple months but communicated it with Bill (the manager) and only got understanding in return. Now I’ve paid in advance. Idk if I’ll ever go to another storage place.
I really loved the experience I had with Denver Self Storage. Mr. Thompson was very straight forward and helped me understand about how to rent storage units.This was my first experience renting a unit and it was great. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a place store your stuff. Will surely come back if I need some more space at the house. Thanks again Mr. Thompson!!
