I just wanted to pass along a terrific job of customer service I received today from Marina. A miscommunication made our unit not available hours before our moving truck was to arrive. Marina handled the situation swiftly and professionally and made sure we knew our options and were informed up to the minute. Thank you Marina and keep up the great work!nnThe facilities are nice and wide so we got our 26’ truck right up to the door of the unit no problem. This made it really easy for the guys to load the truck and saved a lot of time and money for us in the long run.

Went in for a unit far bigger than I had pictured. Luckily Mike had ask me what I wanted to store. He showed me a unit that was the size I really needed. So he saved me some money on my unit. He had such a positive & enthusiastic attitude. Did a great job!

As a renter I hate to leave this remark, but I purchased a rental unit yesterday 10/24/2020 with this employee at Public Storage. I leave and come back with a lock. Everything's good I secure my property and leave. I come back today 10/25/2020 to grab my clothes I had to get while I was securing a living situation, and the guy (that I had just purchased the unit the previous day from) didn't like how I nodded at him as I by- passed him to get to the unit but didn't say anything to that employee that I had just paid for 24 hrs earlier. I grabbed my laundry securing my lock and upon leaving he states to me that he's called the police on me!?!?! keep in mind I'm already at the next property over as he's shouting at me like I'm some trespasser dude like the company but your guy should have had enough common sense to recognize me in the same 2 piece I was wearing when I came in the day before. Am I wrong? I don't think so.
