Domino's Pizza

Just moved to the area and saw Domino's delivery cars go by my house daily. I wasn't a fan years ago, but had heard they changed their recipes and decided to try them again. The issues: One of my two pizzas showed up without one of my toppings i paid extra for. I asked for both pizzas to be cooked well done, however, both pizzas were undercooked and had squishy raw dough that was inedible. The pizzas tasted off...sauce was too sweet and vegetables had no flavor. The box was literally dripping oil all the way through the boxnI had a really bad stomach ache (& more...) for about a day after eating here. Maybe I got a bad ingredient? The good: The ham & sausage topping was the only redeemable aspect of these pizzas. We unfortunately threw our pizzas away and won't be ordering from Domino's again. Huge mistake.

Be careful to check the pizza before you leave. They put sausage on after cooking it and gave it to me. Got a replacement and 2 slices without cheese won't be going back to argonne domino's

Always a great deal! We love our Domino's! The current 3 for $5.99 each is really great! Great service!

It was cold and took an hpur. Dessert was hard as a rock

I don’t normally tend to leave negative reviews, as I am a business owner myself. The service I received this evening however was upsetting. If one of my employees treated one of our customers the way I was treated this evening, it would be a conversation.nnI called and ordered pizza, at 11:26 although the location closed at midnight, and as someone who has worked and continues to work in the customer service and hospitality field, I understand that’s a little bit selfish. But we were out of options as the grocery stores all close early now due to qaurantine.nnThe call was answered promptly by a young man who asked to put us on hold. I said sure.nMoments later the phone was picked back up and all I received was, aswell as a very obviously annoyed employee, “what do you want”.nnI brushed it off and ordered.nnAfter I ordered she told be that I needed to order at least $20 worth of food because, and I quote, “you are ordering so late and we close soon”nnThe manner and the tone that she responded to me was in the least aggressive and almost accusatory.nnShe told me it would be an hour to an hour and half before I received my order, I said okay.nnMy girlfriend let me order on her phone as mine was dead, she usually keeps her phone on silent. We missed two phone calls and realized it and called back 20 minutes later, at that point I had already accounted for my loss as I had messed up and was just going to say sorry for not answering my phone.nnWhen the phone was answered the young man immediately said I’m jut going to let you speak to my manager, which seemed odd to me because all I had said was sorry for missing your call. The manager, who was the female previously mentioned, got on the phone and before I had a chance to talk she started firing off, very obviously mad.nn“Listen we called you MULTIPLE times each and YOU didn’t answer” at which point I hung up. We had only missed two phone calls in total. I’m assuming one from each number.nnLike I said I work in the field myself, I manage employees, I deal with upset customers being irate for a living. I was not that in this situation. The way your manager handled this situation was not only immature, but I would classify it as unacceptable. The entire experience from start to finish made me feel like you did not want our business.nnWe like to have movie nights a couple nights a week, and what better food for a movie night than pizza? I use this location for this reason 2 times a week. I will be calling Pizza Hut from now on. I understand 3 or 4 pizzas a week may not make or break this location. But I hope this is listened to and addressed on principle at least.nnThank you
