This place is great, staff is always on top of it. Been here many many times and I can't recall but one time my order was wrong. And it was fixed with a quick call.
They took 15 mins from time of order to it being in my hands. Slow and bad service. Finally got my sandwich but lady threw it on the counter. Didn't say anything to me just threw it down and walked away. Freaky fast is not true at this location. This happens everytime i order or eat there.
Will never set foot in any jimmy John's stores again. I've been a loyal customer for years but since I cant get up and around due to 9 broken ribs they say they won't deliver to me because I live 6 blocks beyond where they deliver to. 6 blocks is not very far. All jimmy John's stores have lost my business forever.
Placed a pick up order and ready in less than 5 minutes. The food looks amazing, not thrown together. The bread is extra fresh ud83dude0bud83dudc4c These guys rocked it!! ud83dude0eud83eudd18
Terrible experience got denied for not wearing a mask and they wouldn't even let me use a face covering didn't know I was walking into communist Jimmy John's would not recommend
