Pizza Hut

I would avoid this location at all costs. Everyone from the manager to the prep cooks are incredibly rude And all must share the same 1 brain cell. I placed an order tonight at 5 PM. I realized immediately that I had accidentally placed it for pick up right now instead of an hour later which is what I needed, so I attempted to call them. I was unable to get a hold of anyone for my first three calls. I finally got through to someone but was then immediately put on hold for six minutes, Finally the girl answered and I asked if my order could please be moved so I did not get prepared and sit for an hour. She then told me that my order was already made and that was too bad. I had literally placed my order 10 minutes prior and was quoted 15 to 20 minutes. And I spent 10 of those minutes just trying to get someone on the phone to tell them that I would be picking my order up at a later time. Instead of any customer service I was told that it was my fault and it was already ready so I could cancel my order or come pick up my food an hour late while it’s been sitting for an hour. I try to give this place my business because they are the closest Pizza Hut to mean but but I would rather drive across Spokane to receive better customer service then deal with the people working at this location ever again. I’ve had so many bad experiences but this is finally the last one I will never come back to this location. If you do not want to lose money, time, or energy I would not waste your time ordering from this location. Literally go anywhere else

Great as always the staff is great. friendly, great deals, quick service. Everyone should go now. :) oh and don't forget the tip :) they really could use it. I always do.

The PH app is terrible. I tried 2 different ways and couldn't place my order. Finally went to store and 2 associates tried and they couldn't do it. Finally manager placed it on his computer. Pizza was great.

Stuffed crust?... Delicious!
