Awesome staff and food, but there's not really any vetting of pickup orders. I went to pick up mine, read my name out loud from it, and they sent me happily on my way.
Got a call from a worker here saying they wouldn’t deliver my food to me and they’re sick of me. As someone in a management position, it was very unprofessional and rude. Extremely unhappy with the service from this location. All the other locations are wonderful! Just not this one.
Watch them carefully!nNatalie the shift manager touches her mask and other surface areas with the gloves. Customer service is less than great especially when she’s asked to change her now dirty gloves she’s making your food with. Considering we’re going through a “pandemic” and most people are overly sensitive, being in management you should probably be pretty clear on proper mask and glove wear!
Ordered delivery for lunch. Fast delivery, but forgot some items. Probably won't order delivery again.
This is my number 1 go to sandwich shop !!! The crew members always make sure that you have a fantastic experience when ordering one of their awesome sandwiches !!
