This week was my first experience with CorePower Yoga, and I absolutely loved it!! I particularly loved how it was a perfect combination of yoga, cardio, and a HIIT workout, and the instructor was uplifting and encouraging. I was exhausted yet energized by the end of the class. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys mindfulness workouts and wants to strengthen their mind and body!nn**Also important to note that they’re taking COVID restrictions and guidelines very seriously and I felt very safe the entire time.
Love the ability to know I will get good movement in with any of the practices. Truly wonderful teachers.
This one little studio packs a punch! it draws the most positive, energetic crowd that pushes you to stay with it, even in the perils of yoga sculpt where it burns so good. The staff is super friendly (but favorites are Brogan, Patty, and Keira!) I always recommend this location because its easy to get to from downtown and down south sitting right off the highway and I like the vibe.
Shoutout to my 6am family, Ellie, Cassy, Jonathan, and Sabrina. This location and the teachers they acquired are profound. Love my home away from home. Thanks for keeping me grounded.
