I frequent this club often and the staff is hit or miss. They are honestly the ones who ruin this club experience. The girl with the braids with brown hair who works at night till 11 is very rude. She doesn’t know how to communicate with club guests for somethingnsimple as a request to use the Hydra bed or even to purchase a drink. Her tone shows lack of customer service skills. I’ve had memberships at 24 hour fitness, lifetime fitness, you fit and chuze. I recently Switched to PF and their staff isn’t up to par in comparison to other clubs. The managers are friendly though from what I’ve gathered. This location is visited because of convenience since I work In the building where it’s located. Management, please educate your staff to be friendlier.

Hey management- How about you try hiring reliable help? Currently there are 20 or so people standing outside waiting to workout and it’s 5:20 am...20 mins after your posted open time.nnPerhaps investing in some gaudy purple and yellow alarm clocks for all your staff would motivate them to do their jobs correctly. Pretty sad this is the state of your club given that you’ve been open for less than a year. Do better.

It's very clean, plus there are rarely more than 30 people working out at a time. Will enjoy this while it lasts. If you're paranoid of people not wearing masks, there have been days the staff plus a handful of visitors are the only people wearing a mask. Otherwise, this a great place to workout.

Poor management and customer service. Called several times since COVID to get assistance, was told by front desk that management could only help... manager never in. Finally talked to a person today who spoke with a manager... offered to refund three months because of ongoing issues with membership then offer for refund was retracted.
