No one answers the phone at this location. I sit on hold for the better part of an hour and continuously am hung up on. I needed my medication YESTERDAY. If you need medication for something life threatening I wouldn’t use this pharmacy. It’s a joke and you’d think these “professionals” would take that more seriously. I plan on never coming back here if I can help it!! DO YOUR DAMN JOB.
Store management does NOT enforce customers to wear masks and there's no drive through. I called the store manager (or so they said they were) and they made NO apology or excuse. Especially if you are high risk (or even if you aren't), I would avoid this store until this COVID pandemic is fully under control.nHave transferred my prescriptions to another Walgreens store; if the same lack of safety measures are seen there, I will switch to another pharmacy other than Walgreens!
First-rate environment and very affable service
The pharmacy services are incredibly inefficient and communication is non-existent. Clearly a systems and management issue, the workers are over capacity and are doing their best.
Do not get any packages sent here for pick up. They are completely unorganized and are not helpful in any way to get you your package. Most of the people when you call don't want to deal with it and will just keep transferring you until some one finally decides to do their job and help you locate your package.
