Almost every time I’ve been here recently, the cashier is having a private conversation on their cell phone while they ring me up. One time, a cashier had to stop me as I was walking out the door because she realized she forgot to scan one of my items. She told me that I should have told her that she rang me up wrong. No, YOU should hang up the phone and take care of the person standing right in front of you. YOU should be paying attention to what you’re doing while you’re on the clock. It is not my responsibility to attempt to interrupt your private phone conversation to make sure that YOU are doing YOUR job. I didn’t go back to this store for awhile after this happened because I couldn’t believe that she claimed it was my fault & not hers. Finally, I go back in today, and sure enough, different cashier, but he was on his phone the entire time.
The Air service station for inflating tires was not functional.
The lotto machine seems to be broken often, the staff although friendly seem to be indifferent when you express any concerns. I will go to surrounding gas stations whenever possible and if I’m up to the disappointment I’ll go to this one
Wasted a many work lunches at this place since the credit card system is constantly down. Don't use cash and even if I did their machine is down and the only close ATM. Don't go here, you'll just be turned away if you don't have cash.
