Antonio was amazing. His manager was extremely rude but antonio ended up making everything better. He deserves a raise! Great customer service on his part.
Natasha is the BEST! She provides outstanding customer service with a smile on her face. You can tell she cares. There was something wrong with my photo order and she came up with a helpful solution to fix it. If you are at this location - Natasha is your go-to girl!
Lady Pharmacist (long black hair, possibly Asian) is awesome, she work fast, I watched her multi task and able to greet customers when arrived and before leaving. Also, she changed and updated my address on file. I have been coming to Walgreens for years at different locations and no one initiated to update or ask about my address but her. There’s also a young lady who helped me there same time to drop off my prescription she’s also friendly. Visited 6/30/2020 around 6pm.
The pharmacy staff is always very helpful and polite.
I was told that I shouldn’t use the drive-thru on my bike to pick prescriptions (which I’ve done numerous times before) because it’s “too dangerous and a car will rear-end me.” I ride a large Dutch cargo bike with daytime running lights. This store is directly off a bike lane but has ZERO bike parking. I have moved my families’ prescriptions and will no longer be supporting this business.
