Horrible customer service. When the problem was brought to their attention they handled the situation as if my husband was lying. He was turning some winning lottery tickets and their machine wasn't working and instead of just saying that they tried to insinuate that my husband was trying to scam them. It seems as if they are running some sort of scam with the lottery cards/redeeming scanner.
