Nice people, I'd like to see the American Sub so I don't have to go to the 7-11 on Alameda
Terrible service here, and the only employee reeked of alcohol! Wouldn’t point me in the right direction to get help with my app and couldn’t give me the general managers number. Every time I come to this location there’s an issue unfortunately, they really need to re-evaluate their business values.
This location needs some help. And it starts from the front. The signage from the street is not right. For that reason I never even went inside.
The night cashier refused to reload my prepaid card and also refused to sell me a Uber gift card cause it was “to late”. I work down the street and had reloaded it the night before so I know he is lying.
Cashiers are never polite. Teach your workers not to make ignorant comments on what people look like or what age they look like. Cashier asked me “are you really old enough to buy?” Before he even took my ID, like why would I ask to buy if I wasn’t old enough? Just take the ID and it’ll tell you all you need to know.
