HorriblennNot accepting 3 forms of govt issued id for cigarettes because they dont have barcodes to scan.nnThen dude couldn't even speak English he had to turn the whole computer around for me to read what it said in English because he couldn't speak it.nnCome on now. How is this even possible. Omg.nnHorrible. Hopefully I can find another gas station open 24 hours a day and ill be sure to turn my head if it gets robbed since I keep the property right next door safe 5 nights a week.nnHorrible

I was just told I can't purchase a scratch off with a debit card which I've done hundreds of times before. instead the cashier wanted to sit there and argue with me about it. I will not be spending any more money there ever.

I shop here regularly and have had good experiences...until recently.nnThis review is focused on the manager's response (not the incident). I had a HORRIBLE customer experience on a Sunday. It was so bad that I contacted 7-11 that day about the incident. That same Sunday I get rapid response from the Manager apologizing about the incident and how they planned to address it.nnPositives:nnThey felt answering the problem on the weekend was important.nnThey did not send a cookie cut email but addressed that actual incident. Thank you for listening!
