The flu shot is more important this year.right?! Actually is not important for this pharmacy location. They don't care about your time,your appointment or your life.This location dont do flu shots, because they don't hire in of technician to make this happen. Don't waste your time to go there.It's easy say I'm sorry but today we don't have anyone to help you have flu shot.Sorry it's not in off. Fix it your problems first so you don't have to say sorry all the time.
Frustrating. MD called in RX. Told me it takes up to an hour to get it. 30 min later checked, nope. Go wait 30 more mins. Nope. Call MD, called in 1 hour ago, confirmed. Walk back in, oh, it set for tomorrow!!nNo apology. Everyone makes mistakes, so own it
Have been going to this store for over a decade. Recently it seems to be improving. They cleanup up the yard, for one thing. The store seems better organized? It was always a tad cluttered before. Always great service. Keep it up!
Horrible customer service, i came to this pharmacy to get my meds prescribed after getting 3 wisdom teeth extracted. The asian lady had an attitude taking my prescription and didnt mention that there was a 2 hour wait due to their system failing. I come back 3 and a half hours later only to be told their systems still down and to try again in another hour or so. I asked for my prescription back so i can go elsewhere and was told no because they cant delete my order.nMeanwhile i have to deal with my pain with over the counter pain killers. Worst pharmacy by far. GO ELSEWHERE THEY DONT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS.
Since covid hit they have continued to raise prices they hardly have the items you need in stock and there atm is always down the past 2years I have been coming here the quality of the service has tanked
