Gary Penar Law Office is THE firm to go to for your Social Security Disability claims/appeals. My case is currently pending while I wait for my hearing date. Over the last year I have had nothing but friendly, compassionate and professional contact with Precious, Amy and Eric. They have all been extremely helpful and courteous while explaining the process of my appeal, as well as all the paperwork involved and explaining what to expect at my upcoming hearing. Everyone in this office is wonderful. I had a difficult case as I was primarily seeking disability due to chronic migraines. I was denied twice. After being denied the 2nd time I was scheduled for a hearing. All of my medical records were updated and sent to the judge for the hearing. I got a letter 4 days before my hearing saying I had been fully approved. No need for the hearing. During the entire process John was very supportive and encouraging. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Even though it was a very long process the entire staff at Penar Law kept me informed. I would recommend Penar Law for all your disability cases.

My husband retained Gary Penar back in 2014 when he was medically retired. Gary Penar lost his case. When my Husband resubmitted his disability claim himself he initially got denied again but on reconsideration was granted disability. I his wife with a 8th grade education and severe Attention deficit disorder. Was able to represent him and win his case.. Their never summitted paper work we had turned in to his office. So if you want a attorney that doesn’t win hire Gary Penar!! That is from my experience and my husbands

Worst experience I have ever had. Very rude secretary. Obviously the people calling this office have a struggle in one way or another and are looking for help. She has zero compassion and speaks down to you. She had no interest in hearing anything I had to say. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. She had me so discouraged I wasn't going to move forward, but I called a different lawyer so kind, so nice and they gave me hope. My advice call a different office.
