Awesome coffee, incredible tea selection, and fantastic service! The staff here are so warm and welcoming, they really make you feel like it’s a true neighborhood spot and that they’re really grateful for your business. I highly recommend!

We are daily coffee shop people, and this place was the best coffee we have ever had! The food was great for lunch, breakfast a bit limited but the staff was super friendly, also they know how to make the avocado shake, and the oven-roasted tomato was a divine! Well done everyone, See you again!

Stumbled on this place and I’m so glad I did. Super friendly staff, INCREDIBLE baked goods (I ended up buying croissants and three different quiches to have on hand, beautiful aesthetic and environment. I can’t wait to go back...

Very welcoming, cozy spot for delicious coffee and tea! Pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of both the tea and espresso drinks - at most places it’s one or the other but they were perfectly made with a nice dense foam.

Original review below, but wanted to post an update to thank the ownership at Kochi for their kind and thoughtful response, below. Speaks volumes about the business and is more than almost other every coffee shop I've seen. Thank you Kochi, and while we would still like to see the vegan upcharge eliminated (I have seen others do it), we will support your business based on your extraordinary level of customer service.n________________________________________________nFriendly staff but super disappointing that they upcharge for every single plant-based milk option. It penalizes customers who are trying to do right by their health, the planet, and cows, who are forcibly impregnated then have their calves permanently taken from them often within a few hours so humans can drink the milk meant for their calves. Would love to see the plant-based upcharge eliminated.
