I lived in Boulder for last 20 years.. I just moved but this is my favorite place by far! I love tea and they have the best selection to choose from. The store has such a cool Boulder vibe right on the mall, it’s nice to go in and take your time and see all the teas to choose from!
Wonderful products, wonderful company! I have shopped at the store locations many times, and have also ordered products online. Staff has always been more than helpful! In my recent online order there were a couple of mistakes, but the company was proactive in quickly and effectively correcting the issues - to me this is the test of a great business! I will continue to be a loyal customer, and would highly recommend to anyone!
I love these stores! I’ve visited them for years and after moving, I still continue to purchase their tea online. They ship very quickly with tracking and great packaging! Excellent tea and tea ware!
I am a long time customer of Ku Cha House of Tea. The teas are far superior to any teas I can purchase elsewhere. Customer service is speedy, efficient, and often includes a sample of a different tea selected knowing my personal taste. I take the tea with me when I travel - even to England. I have enjoyed visiting the store in Boulder Colorado where I am always welcomed like I am a member of the extended family. Five stars for product, service, and efficiency. Florence Gatten
