I love Ink! Coffee so much. Bryan always goes out of his way to make my morning coffee extra special, and he always makes it exactly right. He even helped me figure out a regular drink order that I can run in and get when I’m in a rush. Super upbeat guy (even unreasonably early), he always makes me laugh and has something interesting to say, or has an awesome new drink recommendation (which I always take). When I mentioned that the iced chai latte was too sweet, and not spicy enough, he helped me figure out exactly the right ratio and tea type, and wrote down what to order next time to make sure my drink is always perfect. My mornings would suck without Ink! to give me something to look forward to. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

I’ve yet to leave a bad review anywhere... but this place. Holy cow. I had to literally throw out my $6 coffee after buying it because it was so poorly made. Also, the barista with blonde hair is exceptionally unkind. I’ve tried time and time again to tip more, be extra kind, but nothing works. I’m also not certain ink takes this into account ever because there are many reviews about this? It’s a bummer. I love coffee shops and good atmospheres :(

Love this site! This afternoon I came here and I loved the big patio area and the baristas were so awesome and nice and made me delicious drinks. Maybe one of their best sellers. Will surely go back here! Great job!
