I come here almost daily... Chris has always been super helpful. However this last time the guy would not enter my DAILY REGULAR order as I wanted and insisted it had to be put the way he entered it (which is more expensive and not what I wanted). Needless to say, I won't be coming back. As a regular to your business, I would think there would be some more customer appreciation and just make my order as I have literally always ordered it
Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when I came in and nobody took my order. No one explained if the order needed to be done via app.
The coffee is great and good taste!!!!!
Slow service
Corrie was very sweet and doing her best to learn, but when she made the slightest mistake, Lisa snapped at her in a very not constructive manner. That’s not the way I would have my boss talk to me or how I talk to my employees. Keep up the good work and smile, Corrie
