Visited several times, but my most recent trip is what I’m posting about.nOverall, this Starbucks is great! Super friendly baristas, convenient location, drive thru is efficient albeit long sometimes, but my favorite thing is how good this creation drink was!nThank you so much for your patience and helping craft a good strawberry green tea!

Awesome place. I usually order online but I went inside and picked up and while I was there I got a gift card. The staff was so helpful even though they’re so busy. Always tip as much as you can people! These guys deserve it! I would give anything if I could have custom drinks delivered straight to my mouth but I’ll live with the way things are. Crowd is a real mix of people outside. Love it!

Nice people. Zero teamwork. I got my drink as soon as I hit the window, but then sat 15 min waiting for my other items. The Poor cashier was scrambling around, while other 3 employees were just hanging around. I had to just leave the egg whites behind so I wouldn’t be later. Saddest starbucks story! Moral of story Make sure you give yourself 35 minutes or only order a drink!

Honestly, I don’t like to leave bad reviews for any type of customer facing positions because I myself work in one and know how hard it can be, but this situation has happened multiple times. My friend and I just moved to Glendale and this Starbucks is right next to our apartment and we love going to this location specifically because of the drive-thru. We have gone maybe a total of 5 times and each time has been the same. My friend is allergic to dairy and when we go, we tell them her drink has to have coconut milk and no toppings of any kind. We specifically say she has a dairy allergy. She’s not ordering coconut milk in her drink because she likes to be annoying, she can’t have it because of an allergy. Since we are in the drive-thru, we can’t see the drink being made. Every time we go, my friend’s drink has dairy milk put in it. She can taste it immediately (even though the sticker says coconut milk). And when we ask them to fix it, they say it’s fixed and it is not. So she has gotten sick the 5 times we have gone. We want to continue coming to Starbucks, but this needs to be addressed. Some people have allergies and they cannot control that and the associates need to understand the severity of what an allergy is and how deadly it can be. Shame on this location.
