Wells Fargo Bank

So disappointed in this location - Specifically the Manager. I have been banking with Wells for 20 years. I have multiple small businesses (5) and during this COVID Pandemic, when Well s Fargo is already under great scrutiny for shunning small businesses to help out larger businesses that will make them more money at a lower risk, they wont even help me out for $3.nnI have never, ever, ever had to pay for a temporary check in my life from Wells. Ever. Not Certified checks, not one time personal checks. Ever. They have always been nice enough to waive the fee for me. This Manager refused to give me three free checks. All I asked for was three checks. My businesses have been closed seven weeks due to COVID-19. We were just able to open back up last week. I have some employees that have not had a paycheck in six weeks, and the way our payroll works, is they would need to wait two more weeks to see their first paycheck in a while.nnI love my employees and took money from my own personal savings to give them some money. Some as an advance and hero pay, and for some a gift.nnWHY do I need to take money from my personal account? Because when i applied for stimulus loans from Wells Fargo they gave me the run around for two weeks until they then told me they were no longer taking applications. They literally told me to go somewhere else.nnI flow well over $1M a year through you guys, and The Karen refused [REFUSED] to waive the $3.00 fee for three temp checks.nnSHAME ON YOU! I hope this Manager ends up like John Stumpf!

It was a bad customer service I had in my life. It was a bad experience the worst thing it was on Christmas events.

Wells Fargo continues to brazeningly ignore and break US banking law. I went to break a $100 bill - lawful US currency. Wells Fargo refused to accept it even though they are required to as an FDIC insured bank. I will be filing formal complaints with the State Dept of Banking and Finance and with the FDIC. The refusal of currency is of itself a small matter but Wells Fargo has a history of ignoring the law and should be held accountable. They claim they changed but they are up to their same old tricks.

This is a good bank. I needed a money order and they were able to get me what I needed quickly. Friendly tellers but they didn't waste too much time chatting.
