I've worked in customer service for a long time and the one thing you don't do is call your guests names. Even if they are being an a hole it's best not to call them that. The teller at this location I guess did not have that explained to her. My card was cancelled due to fraudulent charges, so admittedly I was frustrated, and it doesn't help when the teller shows no interest in helping. Some people do not belong in customer service

My parents are Chase customer so my mom scheduled an appointment and thought it was at this branch to add a cosigner to her account. She forgot which branch and they would not accommodate us even though no one was there for an appointment. It would’ve taken five minutes to add to the checking account. They’ve been a long-term Chase customer for 15 years. Customer service was absurd.

Just started banking with Chase for their commercial banking services. They have a high quality team at this bank that are knowledgeable and personable. They have a lot of the services we desire in a bank.nnThe Chase name is well-known and they’ve been around long enough to be able to get things right.nnOn a quite different note, I also went in there for personal banking in need of a debit card advance from my online bank. They were happy to help and don’t charge fees for that service which was great because I’ve had to do it twice.nnI would recommend Chase bank for all your banking needs.
