It was kind of tough, the forman was not clear enough on the work to be expected. Some of the concrete walls we painted the walls were the wrong color. Beams were being hit by rollers. We were to sign of on lifts without being certified, even though we knew how to use them, and the some left them to close to my work while i was working in that area. It was tiring and not productive.
They hired my husband in July full-time. By September they started telling him no work the next day. that went on for 2 weeks. then they started blowing him off saying maybe work next week. They did that for a few more weeks. My husband kept calling them and they 'll kept saying no work. he asked if he still had a job there they said yes they was in a meeting. My husband had to find other work till they called him back to work and we lost our car and our apartment. We had moved here from Colorado. I would not trust them at all. till this day they still have not called to tell him he's fired or laid off. My husband drove by there and saw all kinds of cars and said they are working they are lying to Me. Thank you JTC for blowing us off and causing us to loose our apartment and car we had.
I have had the privilege to work with Dean and the crew at JTC for several years now. What a great group of people who are full of integrity. They have an amazing coating facility and do some amazing things!
Great place to work!!! High ethics and quality work happens there!
