Very rude guy at the shipping office..bring your own pen or you’ll need to go back to your truck to get it..This is the kind of place where you are invited to eat but they require the guests to bring their own silverware..Really? You guys don’t have the decency of having a pen available to the drivers to sign the paperwork? Are we in South America where they don’t have almost anything at all?..Think about it management.!!

Highly effective in delivering to the customer.
They don’t even deserve a STAR the salesman over at the store we’re great!! Amazing Thank you Carlos and Ryan over at the coons in Thornton. But over here at the warehouse was BS we had to load our things on to the truck with no help what’s so ever and we were left in the loading dock by ourselves waiting for our things. It took 2 hrs for us to get half of our things another 40 min for the rest of our stuff. We got there early so we can leave early before it started to rain.... Next time will be going to American Furnitures Warehouse were we don’t have to risk our lives standing in the docket... you just lost one good costumer.
Great Customer Service!! warehouse workers were very polite and helpful! I've read a lot of reviews on here on the wait time. Give me a break people, to make sure you get the things you ordered it will take some time, especially in a large warehouse.
