Good. Great price! One issue was the person dropping off my car to the dealership was in a hurry to get to another job so the person didn’t get all the details needed so my car was at a dealership for repair but they really didn’t know who it even belonged to. For those that can’t be with your car, they wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone (I was on my way back to Iowa where I live) but I was lucky because the dealership was able to Passover the bill to me. I’m not sure if the dealership then adds more but they served its purpose.

Was driving across country to pick up my dead mother‘s belongings. My truck and trailer were stolen and they towed my truck. I understand they have to pay their people so I wouldn’t have had a problem paying but they towed my truck less than five minutes away and charge me $170. They knew it was stolen and they knew the circumstance and still offered no help. I truly don’t understand what’s a matter with people.

The wait to get car from out of the yard was a little long but the staff on the 'outside' was very understanding and tried to offer as much help as could be offed.

I give no stars (1 star because Google makes you) because it seems that there is some kind of victimization going on between M & M and the Aurora PD. A few weeks ago there was a report about it on the news, I think it was Denver 7, with multiple accusations. I didn't realize how true it was until it happened to me. Our car was stolen. It was found by Aurora PD, who did not contact us or give us the opportunity to pick it up from where it was found (at no charge to us). Instead they had it towed and impounded, then M&M charges me $155 to get my car out of impound???? WHAT!!! And if I don't pick it up right away it's another $30 per day!!!! Not only victimized by the people who stole the car but also by Aurora PD and M&M. With everything going on in the world we have been in support of the police, but it makes it hard when actions like this are performed against innocent people... It's all about the almighty dollar, forget about innocent people that have been victimized and can't afford the impound costs. It wasn't like it was blocking the freeway, it was abandoned in an alley. Oh yeah and we get to pay to fix the damage done to our car by the thief too!!
