Dale G was amazing I ordered the wrong size unit and he was able to transfer me and get me a unit on the first floor. I was in a rush and he got everything done with a smile on his face even though he was having a rough day he still provided great service I was very impressed by his service. Thank you again Dale!

Price gouging!!! Tried to raise my rate by 36% after 12 months. What a rip off. This Public Storage location has the highest prices in the area. Do yourself a huge favor and check the Public Storage.com web site for other nearby locations ans choose one of the many with cheaper and more reasonable rates!

I have stored my stuff in many public storage locations. And, prior to moving to Colorado, I made sure to conduct research to find a public storage that I felt most comfortable with, especially with Customer Service being one of the most important things to me.nnUpon arrival to this public storage, I was greeted by Holly. I was exhausted from a long trip, and I told her what my needs were as it related to size of storage space I needed.nnSince I am visual, I needed to see the size of the space. Holly had no problem whatsoever showing me the space. However, I did not like that I would be on the second floor, as I never had to place my things on the second floor and always prefer first floor. But, this lady went the extra mile, by double checking other inventory within her facility and was able to locate a first floor unit for me. She didn’t have to go that extra mile, but she did.nnAlso, she went over and beyond to see if she could find me a deal on price, because I was on a very tight budget and my mind was set to only rent from this location because as I mentioned earlier, I had already conducted research and I knew I wanted to store my stuff at this specific public storage location. So I was able to not only get a storage space on the first floor, but at a fair reasonable price that fitted my budget.nnHolly, I sincerely and humbly want to say “Thank You” from the bottom of my heart for making my day! Thank you for listening and going over and beyond! I know you didn’t have to go that extra mile, but you did because your heart, passion and commitment is customer service excellence.nnAnd, I guess my research was correct on choosing your location, because I was able to get everything I needed at your location. Public Storage is lucky to have you on their team of staff. Your customer service is Raw and authentic and rare. Thank you!nnFurthermore, I want to thank Nick for his customer service excellence too. He was very personable and friendly and I appreciated his customer service. You two make a GREAT team! Marquita is AMAZING and so helpful. The first time I came to check out the size of the units and she was patient and showed me all the sizes I wanted. I made a reservation online for a specific outside unit but when I got there, the unit was no longer available. She gave me a bigger unit for the price. She was so helpful answering all my questions. Excellent customer service.
