I was able to not only reserve, but contract and pay for storage space online. The user friendly website lets you do everything. Even set up auto pay. As soon as I completed the documents the facility manager, Steve, phoned to see if I had additional questions or needed more information. WOW! Not often you receive customer service of that caliber. I went to the facility and Steve gave me a tour, showed me the space I rented and answered numerous questions. I'm feeling very good about this transaction and renting at this specific facility. Rates are SO much better than Denver.
I really like this place so neat and organized. Steven was very helpful, aside from saving me a few bucks, he answered every question I had even the ones I couldn’t think of since it is the first time I use a storage unit, made it super easy and understandable for me, provided excellent customer service. Once I actually got to the facility I felt like I knew what I was doing thanks to such great instructions with gate code access and unit safety and locking up. Place is super clean and feels very secure.
Debbie was really nice and helpful when I came. They just recently got this building and for me the transition and they were very helpful
I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage! Clean, climate controlled and the staff, Josh and Steven, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and taken care of. I’ll never use Public Storage again.
Steve was so helpful and friendly. If I didn't have to move so soon, I would have leased the space. He was amazing though!
