I can't say enough about how friendly and very helpful Gary is. I was already happy with the spaces I have. But when I needed a unit for personal use Gary was both patient and helpful as I went through 3 different units in less than a week before I found one that will fit my needs. 2 thumbs up!!!
Very helpful staff and good value on clean units of all sizes. They waved a fee for me before. They also give you 4 days extra to pay before adding a late fee each month. Very polite staff that is always willing to help and provide customer service. I recommend this storage facility. 5 stars.
I have Been at this location with my storage need for 6 years.When my youngest sister tragically passed away to safe guard her Last possessions until my family Was Ready to Deal With,Then I suffered a Heart Attack, times got really hard, when I was late or simply forgot to pay my bill.I would call in and,Gary Would know exactly Who (I)... Was. They Have ALWAYS CARED & WORKED WITH ME ON MY BILL .nLong story SHORT,This Location has changed Companies several times in 6 years. Gary, Steven and Thier management are the most professional and pleasant, all together at the same time down to earth people, that you would want to have your trust in to keep safe your storage needs. The Property is Always clean and open at time of operation to close, they will even stick around if you need access to your unit Smart Stop Storage is all the better.
Stopped by today to get some prices on units for a potential future rental and I was greeted by Steven at the front desk. Steven was helpful and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. He was knowledgeable and deserves recognition for his customer service. Although I'm not renting with them currently, SmartStop is at the top of my list. Thank you Steven!
I am truly happy to see that the results online were accurate. Mr. Gary was soooo awesome helping me get my storage unit. I only chose this location based on reviews and I am extremely happy I did. Mr. Gary explained my options and with patience and grace. Walked me through the entire process. He also made sure myself and my partner were secure getting in and out of location. The surveillance system is top of the line and he shows you where your location is on the security camera...nnI will continue to use this location to store my goods.nnNilka ud83dudc95
